John C Cochlin/Coughlin was born in Ireland. He was wounded at Cold Harbor. After the war he moved to Covington, Tipton County, Tennessee. In 1895 he reapplied for his pension in Monticello, Drew County, Arkansas with a deposition. That document (107 pages) provided me with a wealth of imformation about him.

I am proud to be his Great Grandaughter.
